No. Unlike wax there is no pulling. Some people feel mild warmth while it works, which is normal; if it stings, wipe it off early and rinse.
How long does the smoothness last?
Usually a week to ten days on underarms, a little longer on legs, because the hair is dissolved below the tip rather than cut flat.
Can I use it on the bikini line or face?
No. This cream is made for legs, arms and underarms. Keep it off the face, lips and private parts, and off any skin that is already irritated.
How much do I need?

This is a depilatory cream: it dissolves hair at the skin surface, it does not stop regrowth. Always do a patch test on a small area and wait 24 hours before the first full use. For limbs and underarms only: do not use on the face, lips or private parts, or on broken, sunburned or irritated skin. Sparse, soft hair needs 5 to 7 minutes, thick hair 8 to 10; never leave it on longer than 15 minutes. Wipe off with a damp towel or the spatula, then rinse with lukewarm water, no soap, and do not shave the same area within 72 hours. Keep out of eyes. The full ingredient list is printed on the tube; the formula is CPNP-registered (EU cosmetic notification), with a 12-month period after opening. For external cosmetic use only.
