Yes. Set it on a table or the floor and lie with your face under the arch.

What is the mist for?

It keeps the air under the panel cool and comfortable during a session. Use clean water in the tank.

Which plug is it?

Can I use it without the mist?

Yes. The light and the mist are switched separately.

Cosmetic use only; not a medical device and no treatment claims are made. Use with eyes closed or covered, ten to fifteen minutes a session. Fill the mist tank with clean water only. Not for use if you are pregnant, have epilepsy or a light-sensitive condition, or take light-sensitising medication. Ships with the panel, power adapter, a pair of eye goggles and a guide.
