It is the lighter, simpler mask. If you want the stronger light, the Halo has three times the chips and five intensity levels; this is the one to start with if you have never used a light mask.

Dusk or Halo?

Halo is the better mask: 309 triple-chip LEDs against Dusk's 103 single-chip, and five intensity levels against one. Dusk is the entry mask at a third of the price, right if you want to try light therapy before spending more.

Which colour should I start with?

Red. It is the one people reach for most; the guide explains the rest.

How do I clean it?

Wipe the silicone with a damp cloth and let it dry. Keep the controller away from water.

Can I wear it lying down?

Yes. The straps hold it, and the silicone is soft enough to sit under your head against a pillow.
