Which do I use first?
The Swan on the neck, then the Glide on the cheeks and jaw, both over the same serum. The order matters less than keeping the heads moving.
Do I need a gel?
Any serum, oil or cream you already use. Dry skin drags; a little slip is what makes both feel good.
Does the saving come off automatically?

Not for use with a pacemaker, during pregnancy or over broken skin; keep the Glide off the front of the neck and the Swan off the thyroid area.
